Customer Recruitment
- Develop ideas and execute initiatives to acquire new customers for Con Cung.
Customer Retention & Loyalty Building
- Design and implement programs and activities to increase customer engagement, purchase frequency, and repeat buying behavior (Ex: Paid Membership Programs: Pink Plus, Pink Mom,...; Rewards Programs (C- Rewards, Concung Xu; VIP Programs, etc.).
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Optimization
- Leverage customer behavior data and personalization to increase basket value, drive cross-selling and up- selling, and optimize customer lifetime value.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Merchandise, Communication, Online Commercial, Operations, etc.) to continuously improve customer experience across online and in-store touchpoints
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track KPIs and analyze customer-related metrics (return rate, program engagement, purchase frequency, etc.), and propose adjustments and improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
Other Assigned Tasks
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Manager to contribute to the overall objectives of the department.
