Customer Quality Engineer (Kỹ sư đối ứng khách hàng)

1. Thiết lập, duy trì, kiểm soát và cải tiến quy trình chất lượng khi phát triển dự án mới để đảo bảo đạt được chính sách chất lượng và mục tiêu chất lượng
Establish, maintain, control and improve of new project development quality system to ensure quality policy and objectives are achieved

2. Chủ động giao tiếp để cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm và thành quả ở phía khách hàng, bao gồm giải quyết khiếu nại và sự không phù hợp
Keep positive communication to improve product quality and performance in customer side, including complaint and nonconformance handling

3. Cung cấp dịch vụ và hỗ trợ chuyên nghiệp, nỗ lực đạt sự thỏa mãn tốt nhất từ khách hàng, định kỳ thăm hỏi, phối hợp đối ứng đánh giá và thỏa mãn yêu cầu chất lượng của khách hàng
Provide expertise support in achieving optimum performance to fit customer requirement & concerns, regularly visit customer and host customer audit, strive to meet customer quality requirements.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, có kiến thức về ISO 9001, có kiến thức quản lý chất lượng dự án
Bachelor Degree or above, familiar with ISO 9001, with Project Quality Management Knowledge

5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc, trong đó có 3 năm có kinh nghiệm về quản lý chất lượng trong các lĩnh vực liên quan
Five years working experience, three years experience in quality management in related industries

Tiếng Anh thông thạo,, kỹ năng vi tính tốt, có Chứng nhận đánh giá viên nội bộ và biết sử dụng tiếng Hoa là lợi thế
Good Experience of English and Computer Skill, Internal Auditor Certificate and Chinese communication is preferred

Tính cách hướng ngoại, có kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, sẵn sàng và chịu học hỏi
Outgoing Personality, Good Communication and problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to learn constantly
