Customer Relation Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Responsible for working with other departments to fulfill customer’s requirements

* Responsible for the processing Purchase Orders & replacement requests from clients

* Composing and sending routine internal/external reports

JOB REQUIREMENT

1/ Education: bachelor’s degree

2/ Experience: 5 years of experience in customer service

3/ Foreign language: Fluent in English or Chinese

4/ Experience in footwear industry is a plus.
