Customer Service -Booking staff - HCM office

Evergreen Line operates a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.7 million TEU and maintains services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.

As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office.

Job description as below :

- Manage booking processes and prepare pre‑loading lists for shipments under long‑haul trade lanes.

- Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure timely completion of Customs advance filing for shipments on direct vessels.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree from a  college or university

• Preferred majors:  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics

Skills & Competencies

******  Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good in English

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Professional and friendly communication style

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
