Job Description

  • Receive order, input data into system, process layout/order to production
  • Inform delivery date to customer
  • Arrange shipment on time to customer
  • Maintain service, relationship with customer
  • Follow up customer's outstanding list with Finance
  • Handle/ solve customer's complaint
  • Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer

Job Requirement

  • Experience in Customer Service/ Merchandiser in Garment/Label company is preferable
  • Experience in working in multinational Company is preferable
  • Good English or Chinese skills in listening, speaking, writing,reading
  • Good problem- solving skill
  • Good communication/ negotiation skill
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwwork
  • Able to work under high pressure
