Job Description

Receive order, input data into system, process layout/order to production
Inform delivery date to customer
Arrange shipment on time to customer
Maintain service, relationship with customer
Follow up customer's outstanding list with Finance
Handle/ solve customer's complaint
Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer

Job Requirement

Experience in Customer Service/ Merchandiser in Garment/Label company is preferable
Experience in working in multinational Company is preferable
Good English or Chinese skills in listening, speaking, writing,reading
Good problem- solving skill
Good communication/ negotiation skill
Customer Service mindset
Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwwork
Able to work under high pressure
