Customer Service (Inspection Services)

- Preparing Inspector job files

- Prepare certificates and pass to Manager for approval

-  Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment .

- Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties

- Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data base.

- Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests

- Collection of outstanding payments

- Other tasks requested by Manager

- College graduated or above

- English level B equivalent

- Typing and computer skill
