      Job Description

      • Customer order management and inquiry process
      • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
      • Order confirmation, handling of delivery schedule, shipping preparation.
      • Manage and follow up tightly for urgent/ ASAP orders.
      • Communicate with customers through various channels.
      • Back-up order management report.
      • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
      • Providing feedback on the efficiency regarding to the customer’s requirement.
      • Support to instruct new member the process of customer service.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor degree in Supply chain.
      • Knowledge about manufacturing.
      • High skills of calculations, excel, presentation.
      • Advance in English.
      • Experience 2 years is at least.
      • Negotiation skill, Teamwork, management skill, problem solving skill.
