Customer Service Staff - Ho Chi Minh Office

Evergreen Line operates a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.7 million TEU and maintains services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.

As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office.

Job description as below :

• Processing import vessels.
• Uploading MBL manifest
• Sending Arrival Notices and inland haulage documents.
• Checking transmitted AN + discharge list sent to terminal
• Processing COD cases.
• Handling and responding to customer requests.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree from a  college or university

• Preferred majors:  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics

Skills & Competencies

******  Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good in English

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Professional and friendly communication style

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
