Job Description

Following up CS Manager's instruction for monthly shipping schedule
Contacting logistics partners and booking containers/ trucks for shipments
Making shipping documents and related papers
Updating Sale Jupiters, Sales and AR in ERP system
Taking orders, determine charges, oversea billing or payments
Checking freight quotation
Following up and contacting customers regarding the approval process
Being responsible for sample sending and ISO IATF 16949:2016
Communicate with customers about order progress, documentation requirements, and resolve any issues that arise
