- Review Quotation and close invoices
- Control debt and payment, collection of outstanding payments
- Handle internal and external complaints relating CS issues and support replying to Customers in time for complaints relating operation
- Document control and comply with SOP
- Review and propose training need and implement training as plan
- Annual assessment for CS team
- Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests
- College graduated or above, major: Analystical Chemistry, Organic chemistry or Food filed
- At least 3 years-woring as CS/ CS Supervisor at LAB
- Professional English
