Customer Service Supporter

• Receive and process shipments from booking to making documents.
• Advise and support customers to resolve arising issues until the goods are delivered to the receiver
• Job details will be discussed during the interview.

• At least 2 years of experience in the same position as Customer Service & Documents in the Shipping/Forwarder industry.
• Having a good communication.
• Able to withstand work pressure, can support customers after hours when arising.
• Having a good English knowledge.
