Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- Good English proficiency (no certificate required).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or a related position.
- Good communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, positive attitude, and responsibility.
Benefits and Compensation
- Total Income: 11,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month, including:
- Base Salary (Lương cứng): 8,000,000 VND/month
- Lunch Allowance (Phụ cấp ăn trưa): 500,000 VND/month
- Night Shift Allowance (Phụ cấp ca đêm): 30% of base salary
- Call Support Allowance (Voice - Inbound): 1,000,000 VND/month (if handling Inbound calls)
- KPI Bonus (Thưởng KPI): 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month
- Full 100% salary during the 2-month probation period.
