General Information

1. Location: 568 Lũy Bán Bích, Hòa Thạnh ward, Tân Phú district, HCMC
2. Working Time: Rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 4 days off/month)

• Shift 1: 08:00 – 16:00
• Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
• Shift 3: 23:30 – 07:30 (remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, and in-store (local & international customers).
• Provide product consultation, resolve complaints, and support order-related issues (returns, refunds, usage guidance).
• Process and manage orders: confirm orders, coordinate delivery, handle cancellations and stock issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Conduct after-sales follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
• Maintain and update customer database; analyze data to improve service quality.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements for customer service processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

• High school diploma or above.
• Experience in Customer Service (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, retail, spa, or related fields).
• Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetics is a plus.
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and rotating/night shifts (1–2 nights/week).
• Basic computer skills.
• English communication skills (chatting with customers on social media/E-commerce platforms).
