Customer Service

- Sample pick up request (2nd task)

- Study testing manual & advise Order Controller query

- Communicate with client to clarify test query & follow up.

- Sample break down & design test

- Take sample photo

- Load sample to lab

- Arrange & summaries account info in folder Buyer Manual

- Prepare account monthly report

- Input report date out in Log in list

- Provide a revised report request if own mistake

- Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM

- Others assignments upon getting request

- College graduation or higher in related Chemical / Garment/Textile,...

- At least 1year experience

- Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese

- Good skill in MS Office

- Interested in the testing industry

- Having experiences in testing service is an advantage
