Job Description

Thực hiện kiểm toán nội bộ đối với toàn bộ hoạt động của PTF.
Conduct internal audits for all activities of PTF.
Thực hiện kiểm tra, đánh giá độc lập việc tuân thủ cơ chế, chính sách quy định nội bộ về kiểm soát nội bộ, quản lý rủi ro.
Conduct independent inspections and assessments of compliance with internal policies and regulations on internal control and risk management.
Rà soát, đánh giá độc lập tính thích hợp, tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật, cơ chế, chính sách, quy định nội bộ về kiểm soát nội bộ và quản lý rủi ro.
Review and independently assess the appropriateness and compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, mechanisms, and regulations on internal control and risk management.
Thực hiện kiểm tra các thủ tục/nghiệp vụ và kiểm toán một hoặc một số mảng nghiệp vụ/công việc hoàn toàn độc lập đúng với Quy chế, quy trình và phương pháp kiểm toán nội bộ, chuẩn mực đạo đức nghề nghiệp của PTF.
Conduct inspections of procedures/operations and audit one or more areas of operations/tasks completely independently, in accordance with the Internal Audit Regulations, processes, methods, and the professional ethics standards of PTF.
Thực hiện vai trò Trưởng đoàn kiểm toán khi được phân công: lập kế hoạch, phân công công việc, hướng dẫn và giám sát chất lượng công tác kiểm toán cho từng cuộc kiểm toán. Giám sát sự tuân thủ một hoặc một số mảng nghiệp vụ/công việc theo cơ chế chính sách quy trình quy định hiện hành của công ty so với quy định của Pháp luật và cơ quan Nhà nước.
Perform the role of Audit Team Leader when assigned: Plan, assign tasks, guide, and supervise the quality of audit work for each audit engagement. Monitor the compliance of one or more business areas/tasks according to the company's policies, procedures, and regulations, compared to legal requirements and regulations from government agencies.
Hỗ trợ Trưởng đoàn kiểm toán trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân công công việc, hướng dẫn và giám sát chất lượng công tác kiểm toán cho từng cuộc kiểm toán. Giám sát sự tuân thủ một hoặc một số mảng nghiệp vụ/công việc theo cơ chế chính sách quy trình quy định hiện hành của công ty so với quy định của Pháp luật và cơ quan Nhà nước.
Assist the Audit Team Leader in planning, assigning tasks, guiding, and supervising the quality of audit work for each audit engagement. Trực tiếp soát xét/hỗ trợ cho quá trình lập biên bản/báo cáo kiểm toán nội bộ. Đảm bảo công việc và kết quả kiểm toán được ghi chép và lưu trữ đúng quy định.
Directly review/assist in the process of preparing internal audit reports/records. Ensure that audit work and results are documented and stored in accordance with regulations.
Thực hiện cập nhật, trao đổi với các bên liên quan về kết quả kiểm toán. Kịp thời giải quyết các khó khăn vướng mắc/ vấn đề tiềm ẩn liên quan đến kết quả kiểm toán. Đảm bảo mọi vấn đề được phát hiện đều được thực hiện khắc phục một cách triệt để và nhanh chóng.
Update and communicate with stakeholders about audit results. Timely address difficulties, challenges, or potential issues related to audit results. Ensure that all identified issues are fully and promptly rectified.
Tham gia trực tiếp các đợt kiểm toán nội bộ với vai trò là thành viên chính các đợt kiểm toán nội bộ hoặc Trưởng đoàn/Phó đoàn của một số đoàn kiểm toán theo quyết định của Trưởng ban kiểm soát
Directly participate in internal audit assignments as a key member of internal audit teams or as the Head/Deputy Head of some audit teams, as assigned by the Head of the Supervisory Board.
Thường xuyên nghiên cứu và cập nhật những vấn đề liên quan tới quy trình nghiệp vụ ngân hàng cũng như các kiến thức về kiểm toán nội bộ và hệ thống luật pháp liên quan đến ngành Ngân hàng
Regularly research and update knowledge related to banking operational procedures, internal auditing practices, and the legal framework related to the banking industry.
Thực hiện lập báo cáo kiểm toán nội bộ/ Hướng dẫn hỗ trợ và đào tạo nhân sự theo yêu cầu của Trưởng/ Phó phòng/ Trưởng nhóm Kiểm Toán Nội bộ.
Prepare internal audit reports/Provide guidance, support, and training to staff as requested by the Head/Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Department.
Đảm bảo tính tuân thủ đúng Quy chế các công việc được giao và thực hiện các công việc khác đã được phân công theo đúng trách nhiệm.
Ensure compliance with regulations for assigned tasks and perform other duties as delegated in accordance with responsibilities.
Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Luật, Kế toán, Kiểm toán
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Auditing.
Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực kế toán kiểm toán với vị trị tương đương hoặc 04 năm kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực Ngân hàng tài chính trong việc thực hiện công tác kiểm tra, kiểm soát cũng như kinh nghiệm trong việc lập kế hoạch, phân công nhiệm vụ và hướng dẫn thực hiện với vai trò của một Kiểm toán viên cao cấp.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing in a similar position, or 4 years of experience in the banking and finance sector performing inspection and control tasks, with experience in planning, assigning tasks, and guiding execution in the role of a Senior Auditor.
Có khả năng hiểu và giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá
Able to understand and communicate in English at an intermediate level.
Có kiến thức tốt về lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng, kế toán, kiểm toán và hệ thống chuẩn mực kế toán, kiểm toán của Việt Nam và Quốc tế
Good knowledge of finance, banking, accounting, auditing, and the accounting/auditing standards of Vietnam and international standards.
Có kiến thức về kiểm toán nội bộ, hiểu biết chung về pháp luật về quản trị kinh doanh và các nghiệp vụ ngân hàng tài chính
Knowledge of internal auditing, general understanding of business management laws, and banking and finance operations.
