Data Analyst & Automation Specialist

ABOUT US 

TurnKey FBA is an e-commerce business trading retail and wholesale across Amazon UK, US and EU marketplaces, through both FBA and FBM. We also help brands grow through our end-to-end Amazon services.

The Role

This role keeps the data behind our sourcing and purchasing clean and fast. You turn messy supplier data into structured information and run the tools that support our buying decisions for our retail and wholesale operation.

Every product we buy starts with your numbers. You screen supplier price lists, flag the profitable products, and keep the sourcing pipeline flowing, working daily with automation our IT team builds and with AI tools. A hands-on, detail-heavy role inside a live UK, US and EU operation, with room to grow into deeper automation work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process and structure data: Clean, format, filter, sort, and standardize supplier price lists: accurate data, calculations, formulas.
• Turn documents into data: PDF invoices and proformas into usable tables.
• Screen sourcing opportunities: Run the numbers on price lists (COG and margin checks) to flag profitable products for the sourcing team.
• Prepare bulk listing files: Build flat files to get products live faster.
• Run the pipeline: Manage the price-list queue and dashboard. Keep it flowing. Clear bottlenecks early.
• Operate our tools: Run the scripts and automations our IT team builds. Troubleshoot them and get the most out of them.
• Build simple reports: Pull data from Seller Central and Sellerboard into internal dashboards the team uses.
• Support the database: Import and export data. Work with IT on system use and improvements.
• Keep sourcing moving: Allocate work with the product sourcing team and stakeholders. No bottlenecks.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong data hands: cleaning, structuring, sorting, and standardizing large sets accurately.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel.
• Comfortable running scripts and automation tools our IT team builds (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Google Colab). Confident using, troubleshooting, and getting the most from them, even if you don't build them yet.
• Good English and clear, regular communication.
• Detail-oriented  with process-minded. You prevent errors and over-communicate status.
• You use AI tools to work faster.
• A plus: you can read, tweak, or write basic scripts.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Probation period: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (on-site)
• Official period: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (on-site)
• Probation: 2 months
