Data Automation Internship (remote)

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data & Automation Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in data management, workflow automation, reporting, system integrations, and process optimization. The role is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain practical exposure to data-driven operations and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows to improve business processes.

• Support data collection, validation, cleansing, and transformation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Assist in integrating business applications and data sources to streamline operational workflows.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to support business decision-making.

• Monitor automated processes, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting workflow errors.

• Conduct research on automation tools, technologies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

• Document automation workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data, reporting, and automation initiatives.

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace applications.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Basic understanding of databases, workflow automation, APIs, or scripting concepts is preferred but not required.
