Demand Planning Executive

Assist the Demand Planning team in managing and monitoring forecasts for product demand.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather relevant information for accurate demand planning.

Analyze historical sales data for demand forecasting.

Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and reports related to demand planning.

Provide regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and forecast accuracy.

Support the team in coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.

Contribute to the improvement of demand planning processes and systems

1-2 years of experience in a Sales Administration role or similar (experience in FMCG or Food Products is a plus).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Basic understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning.

Proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
