Job Description

1. Strategic Analysis, Proposal

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities (Price, Promotion, Distribution) from rivals like Johnson’s Baby, Cetaphil, and local brands.
  • Translate raw field data into insightful Business Proposals (in English) to improve channel efficiency.
  • Act as the primary representative to present, justify, and persuade the Expat BoD regarding sales strategies, budget allocations, and market interventions.

2. Revenue Management & Distribution

  • Standardize the sales process for GT channel to suit the specific nature of personal products.
  • Design and monitor Trade Marketing initiatives (displays, activations) tailored specifically for Traditional Grocery stores.
  • Evaluate the ROI of trade spend and POSM effectiveness at the point of sale.

3. Channel Excellence

  • Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team to deploy exclusive promotion programs for each chain.
  • Ensure the progress and quality of gifts and POSM delivered with order.

4. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting

  • Partner with Supply Chain for stock availability and Marketing to ensure field execution aligns with brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor distributor credit limits and manage accounts receivable.
  • Deliver concise English Sales Dashboards and monthly summaries to the NSM and BoD to support data-driven decision-making.

5. Team Leadership & Field Coaching

  • Directly manage ASM/ Sales Supervisors (SS) and the sales force.
  • Conduct regular "Field Coaching" to upgrade the team's product knowledge and professional negotiation skills.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: Must have at least 5+ years in Management role of FMCG (Baby Care/Personal Care). Proven track record in managing Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).

  • Analytical Depth: Must be able to look beyond "Total Sales" to analyze Active Outlets, MCP compliance, and SKU productivity.

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced Business English. Must be able to defend operational strategies and system designs in front of Expat leadership.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to assist the BoD in architecting a sustainable GT management framework.
