Identify and acquire new customers, particularly focusing on Vietnamese local businesses.
Focus primarily on sea freight forwarding services for sales.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new opportunities to drive sales growth.
Engage in daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, making cold calls and emails, and sending market intelligence reports.
Support the superior in developing sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer service policies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Male/Female, 27-45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
Experience in sea freight is highly desirable.
Proficient in English communication.
Strong customer service orientation.
