Job Description

Corporate Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential corporate clients, including businesses, organizations, and institutions needing customized gifts.
  • Develop tailored proposals and sales presentations that highlight YOUNG-INH CORPORATION gifting solutions.
  • Leverage existing networks and cold outreach to generate leads and grow the corporate client base.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations for bulk orders and customized gift solutions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Meet or exceed corporate sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order details to secure high-value deals.
  • Work closely with clients to manage the order process, ensuring smooth execution.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Customer Service Team (Fulfillment Team) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies targeting corporate buyers.
  • Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to refine product offerings.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and revenue reports.
  • Track corporate sales performance and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or account management.
Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate clients.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle high-value transactions.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
