Design Assistant

Fashion Design Support

• Assist in sketching, moodboard creation, and trend/market research.
• Prepare CADs, color-ups, and design presentations for internal reviews.
• Support the development of new silhouettes, trims, and design details.

Textile & Material Understanding

• Research and propose fabrications, finishes, and sustainable material options.
• Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility.

Cross-Functional Collaborations

• Liaise with product development, pattern, and production teams to ensure design
• intent is translated accurately into samples and final products.
• Assist in preparing technical packs, design boards, and internal documentation.
• Participate in fittings, noting adjustments and updating design files as needed.

• Degree in Fashion Design is preferrable.
• 1–3 years experience in a fashion design or related creative role (internships included).
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles, textiles, and garment construction.
• Having good knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D design software (CLO, Browzwear, or similar) is a great plus.
• Good sense of typography, layout, and graphic design for multi-channel communication is preferrable.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and good English skill.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
