Design Coordination

Good as follow up schedule from Senior

Represent owner to work with architects to make project follow approved schedule and quality (follow PMH standards and design checklist) following the instruction from Senior

Have ability to put in idea to improve project

Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during the construction time.

Working with designers checking shop drawing before issuing to site

Review the contract of the design consultant and process payments according to the company procedures

Join meeting and make the meeting of minutes with the designer

Make a report by slide or video

(Specialized skills) - Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architect, Design or other major related field;

- Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, CAD or other software related to Design

(Soft skills) - Able to work independently and work in a team.

- Ability to coordinate with all designers and following instruction from Senior coordinator

- Good conversational English
