Job Description

Assist in liaising with shopping malls in Vietnam, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with mall owners and leasing teams.
Participate in lease negotiations to secure favorable leasing terms and support the company’s store expansion.
Monitor the development trends of local shopping malls, regularly collect commercial district information, assess the business environment, analyze foot traffic data, and identify potential business opportunities to support expansion strategies.
Oversee the internal processes of expansion projects, including lease approval, contract signing, and project coordination, working closely with relevant departments (legal, finance, operations, etc.) to ensure project execution.
Responsible for Vietnamese language translation in daily business communications and assisting the team in coordinating with malls, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese language (both written and spoken)
Experience in retail, commercial real estate, or mall leasing is preferred.
Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to support site selection through market research and traffic monitoring.
Willing to travel for fieldwork, conduct site visits, and visit shopping malls nationwide.
