DevOps Engineer

·       Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment using tools such as GitLab, Docker registries (Harbor, Nexus), Kubernetes, and ArgoCD

·       Manage and optimize logging and monitoring systems (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent solutions)

·       Work with containerization and virtualization technologies (Docker, containerd, virtual machines)

·       Ensure 24/7 system reliability, high availability, performance, and observability across all environments

·       Implement and promote security-first practices across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)

·       Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and streamline deployment processes

·       5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

·       Strong Linux system administration experience (CentOS, Debian, or similar distributions)

·       Solid expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

·       Proficient with automation and deployment tools such as Ansible and ArgoCD

·       Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, or similar)

·       Familiarity with database administration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API gateways / identity systems (Keycloak, Kong, KrakenD, NGINX)

·       Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)

·       Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go) are a plus

·       Basic understanding of modern AI systems or AI agents is a strong advantage

Nice to Have (Optional)

·       Experience with Hypervisor / Virtualization Management (Virtuozzo, Proxmox, VMware)

·       Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (image scanning, secret management, policy enforcement)

·       Experience with GitOps workflows and advanced Kubernetes operations

·       Exposure to high-scale or distributed systems
