Act as strategic finance business partner for Omni Channels business, covering Online, App, E-commerce, and Marketplace models. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across multi-channel P&Ls. Enable profitable Omni growth by improving revenue quality, margin structure, cost efficiency, and cash discipline. Support decision-making for digital investments, platform economics, and new Omni initiatives.
- Act as Business Partner to Omni leadership by providing actionable financial insights on revenue models, pricing, promotions, commissions, logistics costs, and customer acquisition economics
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for Omni Channels; prepare monthly Performance Reviews (Actual vs Budget / Forecast) with deep variance analysis
- Build and manage Omni P&L views: by channel, customer segment, fulfillment model, and key initiatives
- Provide financial decision support for Omni initiatives including App features, Marketplace onboarding, digital marketing spend, last-mile models, and loyalty mechanics
- Partner with channel owners to define financial KPIs (GMV, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, fulfillment cost, take rate) and drive corrective action plans
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new Omni projects (platform enhancements, new services, partnerships, automation)
- Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX related to Omni Channels, ensuring alignment with approved business cases
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives, especially in logistics, tech spend, marketing ROI, and platform operations
- Implement and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, and governance tailored to Omni and digital operations
- Support monthly closing in collaboration with centralized accounting (FAST), ensuring accuracy of Omni financials
