Job Description

1. Strategy Development: Build and manage digital marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.

2. Campaign Execution: Run and monitor advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

3. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) to improve results.

4. SEO & SEM: Oversee keyword strategies, paid search, and organic ranking improvements.

5. Content & Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

6. Team & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams.

7. Market Insights: Stay updated with trends and consumer behavior in the digital landscape.

Job Requirement

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.

Kinh nghiệm/ Working Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail industry, 2 years in leader position.

Năng lực/ Competency:

-  Proven track record in running and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.

-  Strong knowledge of analytics tools and digital platforms.

-  Creative, data-driven, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends.

-  Strong leadership and project management skills.

-  Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
