1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Digital marketing Manager/Leader roles.
• Proven success managing monthly ad budgets with measurable results.
• Experience in multi-channel campaign management (SEA, LATAM, or other regions)
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets in previous roles.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Agency environments or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and/or other advertising platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, or similar analytics tools. Have understanding of event-based tracking and conversion attribution.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and LTV analysis.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Understanding of fraud detection and traffic quality assessment
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or UTM parameter structures are preferred.
3. Language & Soft Skills
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory for Vietnamese candidates. (Proficiency in English).
