Digital Operations Specialist

1. Application Development and System Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications, APIs, and integration services

• Develop high-quality code following coding standards, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.

• Participate in business requirement analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions.

2.System Architecture and Optimization

• Contribute to software architecture design based on Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud-native approaches.

• Recommend solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and availability.

• Implement modern digital technologies into daily workflows.

3. System Deployment and Operations

• Deploy, monitor, and support systems in Cloud and On-premise environments.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure service stability and continuity.

• Participate in building and improving DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation processes.

4. Digital Transformation and Technology Innovation

• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and system integration capabilities..

• Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide system integration projects.

• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Business - Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development and system integration.

• Experience in companies with over 1,000 employees, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, and trading industries is plus

• In-depth knowledge of large-scale IT projects and software development.

• Strong proficiency in .NET 8+, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, REST API, and Swagger; experience in Front-end development with Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and API integration.

• Experience in designing and developing Microservices and Distributed Systems

• Proficient in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Experience with Node.js, npm/yarn, Vite/Webpack, or modern Front-end development tools is an advantage.
