ofi (olam food ingredients), a new operating group from Olam Group, offers sustainable, natural, value-added food products and ingredients. We are looking for an Intern to support our initiative in digitalizing documents and eliminating unnecessary paperwork to enhance sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in reviewing documents from HODs and various departments and support document categorization procedures
• Assist in measuring the expected time, cost, and headcount savings from going digital.
• Contribute to building a clear and feasible strategy for digitalizing documents and eliminating unnecessary paperwork.

Job Requirement

• Final year or fresher students in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Management Information System or relevant fields.
• Knowledge of Microsoft power tools like Microsoft Form, Microsoft List, Power Automate, BI
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. 
• Working location: Long Thanh (Dong Nai), with shuttle bus service from HCM to Factories 
• Must have good academic records.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
