We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Director Assistant to provide executive support to the Director and facilitate effective communication and coordination across the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, business travel, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist in preparing project reports, business proposals, contracts, and management documents.
- Monitor the progress of key tasks assigned by the Director and follow up with relevant departments.
- Translate and interpret documents or meetings (Vietnamese ↔ English) when required.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and corporate files.
- Perform other assignments as directed by the Director.
