Lead distribution operations, including transportation, branch replenishment, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and distribution center coordination
Develop and implement transportation and distribution strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost performance.
Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards, including GDP, ISO 9001, TAPA, and other relevant certifications.
Drive operational excellence through route optimization, geo-fencing solutions, fleet utilization, network planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead audit readiness and ensure all transportation and distribution activities consistently meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee transportation service providers, vehicle fleets, drivers, and distribution teams to ensure safe, secure, and compliant delivery operations.
Monitor and control transportation budgets, distribution costs, and operational KPIs while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory... to ensure product availability and service excellence.
Develop business continuity and contingency plans to support critical distribution operations and minimize operational risks.

Job Requirement
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Warehouse, or Transportation Operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred
Strong experience managing distribution networks, pharmaceutical warehouses, transportation operations, and branch logistics activities.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, GDP/GSP standards, transportation compliance, and warehouse operations.
Proven experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Distribution Management Systems.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, route optimization, and logistics performance management.
Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PL), transportation vendors, contract negotiation, and service level agreements (SLA).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
Fluent English communication skills.
Knowledge of GDP, ISO standards, and international logistics best practices is highly preferred.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM (with flexible working arrangements on Saturdays when required)
Work Location: Primarily based at Long Hau Warehouse (Long An/Tay Ninh area, with occasional travel to the Head Office at Bahamas Tower, Diamond Island, HCM (former District 2) as required.
