Distributor Development Executive- Giám sát Phát triển Nhà Phân phối (North)

Job Purpose:
▪Responsible to ensure the flawless execution of the initiatives that drive the effectiveness and efficiency HVN’s distributor management.

Roles & responsibilities:
▪ Closely work with distributor to execute the distributor framework. 
▪ Jointly responsible for distributor’s performance (lagging & leading KPIs).
▪ Strictly follow the Distributor Development visit plan to drive the distributor development and bring accuracy.
▪ Support Logistics team in handling all logistical complaints, Ex-Brew deliveries and ensure good customer service to distributors. 
▪ Assist in audit when required.
▪ Timely execution of Distributor Agreement and follow up on compliance of Distributor Agreement and its related subjects. 
▪ Produce report on the competencies and capabilities based on the standards set. 
▪ Support sub-set of projects that drives the following key pillars where applicable (Annual Sales & Marketing Plan, Supply Chain Management, Finance Management, HEINEKEN Life Saving Rules/Warehouse Safety, Digitalization).
▪ Accountable for the overall achievement of set standards.

Job requirement:
▪ University degree Masters and Bachelors, preferably in Business Management, Economics, or Marketing & Sales.
▪ Work experience: +2 experience.
▪ Required work experience in field of expertise: Experience in distributor development.
▪ Functional skills: strong data analytics skill, digital savvy & data driven.
▪ Language: English (Basic).
▪ Manages relationships with stakeholders: Strong social skill.
