[District 12] BIM Project Engineer/ Manager - English

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Monday - Friday

Location: 2nd foor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Provide professional consulting services to clients on projects involving installation systems for building services engineering - from initial feasibility studies through to detailed project specifications and structural design.
• Independently manage projects and develop technical solutions that are both functionally and economically sound.
• Prepare project-specific technical documentation, including 3D CAD drawings and parts lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Actively apply modern BIM methods, particularly Autodesk Revit, and help advance the company's digital project management practices.
• Support international subsidiaries and partners with technical queries, including on-site deployment when required.
• Conduct technical training courses and seminars for various target groups, such as planners, engineers, clients, and internal staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an engineering role; experience with international projects is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of building services engineering (MEP) is an advantage.
• Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., R-Stab, Staad Pro, SAP2000).
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and 3D CAD software, e.g., Autodesk Revit.
• Experience preparing technical documentation (calculations, parts lists, assembly drawings).
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
