[District 12] Operations Service Assistant - German-speaking

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

• Position: Operations Service Assistant
• Department: Operations
• Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (D.12), HCMC
• Working time: 1:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Mon-Fri (have flextime policy)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, analyze customer's requirement and operate the project.
• Directly arrange tasks for employees in the group.
• Make a contingency plan to ensure the continuity of the project.
• Evaluating the situation and planning the operation of the project.
• Training team members.
• Evaluate employee performance, and support employees to improve their professional skills.
• Attend meetings and project reports as needed.
• Other tasks assigned by the Operation Service Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Good in German: B2 and above (speaking & writing)
• Experience in project management, team management is an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work overtime on holiday and Lunar New Year.
