[District 12] Sales Supervisor

• Project Healthcare
• Lead and manage the full sales cycle
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customer care teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor and coach junior sales team members

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Proven experience in healthcares management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
