Requirements (Qualifications & Working Experience)
1. Degree in the relevant field is preferred;
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience;
3. Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
4. Good problem-solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;
5. Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;
6. Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
7. Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;
8. Strong organizational & planning skills;
9. Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;
10. Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken.
11. Ability to foresee internal human resource and customer service risks and gaps and make plan for the best control, management and improvement
