GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION /MÔ TẢ CHUNG VỀ CHỨC VỤ:
Coordinate, maintain, update and control all information of the Document Control System according to the guidelines of the Quality Control System and to the Environmental Management System. Coordinate data entry, translation and document distribution. Maintain Master Books. Conduct the internal and external IATF 16949 Audit.
Điều phối, duy trì, cập nhật và kiểm soát tất cả thông tin của Hệ thống kiểm soát tài liệu theo hướng dẫn của Hệ thống kiểm soát chất lượng và của Hệ thống quản lý môi trường. Phối hợp nhập liệu, phân phối bản dịch và tài liệu. Duy trì Sách chính. Tiến hành Kiểm tra IATF 16949 bên trong và bên ngoài.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES/TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NHIỆM VỤ:
Responsible of supplying updated information, all procedures, instructions and formats. Responsible of reviewing and updating the manuals and or books/electronic files according to existing manuals program. Responsible for the controlled distribution of instructions and documents of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Responsible for the annual internal and external IATF 16949 System Audit and tracking all the nonconformities to be closed.
Chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp thông tin cập nhật, tất cả các quy trình, hướng dẫn và định dạng. Chịu trách nhiệm rà soát và cập nhật sổ tay hướng dẫn và/hoặc các sách/file điện tử theo chương trình sổ tay hướng dẫn hiện có. Chịu trách nhiệm về việc phân phối có kiểm soát các hướng dẫn và tài liệu của Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và môi trường. Chịu trách nhiệm về việc Kiểm tra Hệ thống IATF 16949 bên trong và bên ngoài hàng năm và theo dõi tất cả các điểm không phù hợp cần được đóng lại.
Comply with SPI policies and procedures. Promote and comply with environmental policies. Comply with the policies for Health and Safety at Work and any other applicable instruction.
Tuân thủ các chính sách và quy trình của SPI. Thúc đẩy và tuân thủ các chính sách môi trường. Tuân thủ Chính sách về Sức khỏe và An toàn tại nơi làm việc và mọi hướng dẫn hiện hành khác.
ACTIVITIES/HOẠT ĐỘNG:
- Inputs to computer system all received information.
Đầu vào tất cả các thông tin nhận được của hệ thống máy tính.
- Assists the Quality Manager on the monthly manual revision.
Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Chất lượng trong việc sửa đổi sổ tay hướng dẫn hàng tháng.
- Supports Department Managers with manuals revision.
Hỗ trợ các Trưởng phòng sửa đổi sổ tay hướng dẫn.
- Daily distribution of preliminary documents.
Phân phối tài liệu sơ bộ hàng ngày.
- Maintains document translation processing up-to-date. Do internally as much as possible, use external as approved.
Duy trì cập nhật xử lý bản dịch tài liệu. Thực hiện bên trong càng nhiều càng tốt, sử dụng bên ngoài như được phê duyệt.
- Maintains the document filing process up-to-date.
Duy trì cập nhật quy trình nộp hồ sơ tài liệu
- Prepares monthly chart of document processing.
Lập biểu đồ xử lý tài liệu hàng tháng.
- Receives documents.
Nhận tài liệu.
- Responsible for maintaining the books up-to-date according to existing manuals revision program.
Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì cập nhật sách theo chương trình sửa đổi sổ tay hướng dẫn hiện có.
- Participates actively in the continuous improvement process and cost reduction.
Tham gia tích cực vào quá trình cải tiến liên tục và giảm chi phí.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Actively participates in Document Control for the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

- Maintains the Quality Manager abreast of the problems that arise with document control.
Duy trì việc bám sát các vấn đề nảy sinh của Trưởng phòng chất lượng với việc kiểm soát tài liệu.
- Maintains the electronic document processing up-to-date.
Duy trì cập nhật việc xử lý tài liệu điện tử.
- Organizes and controls obsolete documents.
Sắp xếp và kiểm soát các tài liệu đã lỗi thời.
- Maintains Engineering blueprints up-to-date.
Duy trì cập nhật các bản thiết kế Kỹ thuật.
- Documents control level I and II.
Kiểm soát tài liệu cấp I và II.
- Submits information for Management Review.
Gửi thông tin để Ban Giám đốc xem xét.
- Follows up in the event of lost documents.
Theo dõi trong trường hợp tài liệu bị mất.
- Maintains and verifies the Held Documents Rack.
Duy trì và kiểm tra Giá đỡ Tài liệu nắm giữ.
- Conduct the annual Internal IATF 16949 Audit and Track all the nonconformities to be closed.
Tiến hành Kiểm tra IATF 16949 nội bộ hàng năm và Theo dõi tất cả các điểm không phù hợp cần được đóng lại.
- Coordinate the annual External IATF Audit and Track all the nonconformities to be closed.
Phối hợp Kiểm tra IATF bên ngoài hàng năm và Theo dõi tất cả các điểm không phù hợp cần được đóng lại.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/ HỌC VẤN:
College graduate at least is preferred.
Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
Minimum of 12 months experience working in an office environment including computer training or experience is preferred.
Ít nhất 12 tháng làm việc trong môi trường văn phòng, được đào tạo và có kinh nghiệm về vi tính
Possess the ability to learn routines quickly, train others for routine positions and gathers information as demonstrated by a minimum score of 20 on the Wonderlic Personnel Test.
Có khả năng học hỏi nhanh và có thể đào tạo những vị trí thường xuyên khác, khả năng thu thập thông tin. Đạt ít nhất 20 điểm cho bài test Wonderlic
