1-Job Description:
- Contact and work with customers, shipping lines, foreign agents.
- Handle Sea & Air shipments, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments.
- Daily update data into company’s system. Keep on time report and on time closing job file and system
- Trace cargo status to solve the arising issue if any
- Setup timely delivery process in order to meet customers' requirement,
- Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct Manager.
- Coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.
2-JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 to 2 years experience in Logistics field
Flexible, active, careful
Good at communication and negotiation skills
Able to work well in teams and work under high pressure
English level: fluent in English especially speaking and writing
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 ~ MON – FRI
08:00 - 12:00 ~ SAT (2times/month)
Working place: No.1/14, Nguyen Canh Di Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
