Documentation staff

• Receive shipment information from clients and overseas agents

• Prepare, check, and process documents related to import and export shipments

• Handle documentation for both sea freight and air freight

• Perform electronic customs declaration using ECUS/VNACCS system

• Coordinate with relevant parties (shipping lines, ports, clients, transport team...) to monitor customs clearance and delivery progress

• Track and summarize incurred costs, reconcile accounts payable/receivable, and properly archive shipment documents

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time service delivery

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the team leader or manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Logistics or Forwarding. Experience in handling import shipments from China to Vietnam is a plus.
• University degree (priority given to candidates majoring in Logistics, Economics, or Shipping Business).
• Good English or Chinese skills (Chinese preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Careful, responsible, independent, eager to learn, and able to work under high pressure.
