Job Description

• Take full responsibility for managing all tasks related to assigned import and export shipments
• Prepare, process documentation, and handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, vendors, and other relevant parties
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Candidates with experience in handling shipments on the China trade lane are preferred
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Logistics or Forwarding. Experience in handling import shipments from China to Vietnam is a plus.
• University degree (priority given to candidates majoring in Logistics, Economics, or Shipping Business).
• Good English or Chinese skills (Chinese preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Careful, responsible, independent, eager to learn, and able to work under high pressure.
