Job Description

1. Procurement Execution

  • Process purchase requisitions for operational and event needs.
  • Source suppliers for new and recurring requirements.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

2. Vendor Management

  • - Maintain and evaluate a list of preferred vendors.
  • - Coordinate sample evaluation and new product sourcing.
  • - Ensure timely deliveries and resolve vendor-related issues.

3. Order & Delivery Management

  • - Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status in ERP (NetSuite).
  • - Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth receipt.
  • - Conduct basic quality and quantity checks at delivery.

4. Budget & Compliance

  • - Ensure purchases comply with internal budgets and policies.
  • - Support cost tracking for events and internal projects.
  • - Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting.

5. Cross-functional Support

  • - Work closely with Marketing, Product Specialist, Operation, Event teams.
  • - Join planning meetings for upcoming events or campaigns.
  • - Provide insights on sourcing lead times and feasibility.

6. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors (if any).
7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time PO processing rate                                    
  • Cost savings achieved and planned
  • Vendor performance scores                                    
  • Internal customer satisfaction rating

Job Requirement

1. Working experiences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 2+ years in procurement, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or Event-related sectors.
  • Good knowledge of local supplier market.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)

2. Knowledge competence

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

3. Languages

  • Basic English for communication and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese in written and verbal communication.

4. Soft skills 

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and team work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

5. Personal qualities: Repsonsibility and moving spirit
6. General ability

  • Flexible time ability. Able to work under pressure.
  • Always active in work, hard working to learn and update new knowledge.
