Job Description

  • Supervise the daily Front Office operation to ensure excellent guest service and smooth hotel operations.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor Front Office associates to maintain high standards of service, grooming, and professionalism.
  • Welcome and provide personalized service to VIP and priority guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor room revenue, guest billing, credit control, discounts, and rate compliance.
  • Ensure Front Office areas are well-maintained, clean, and comply with hotel standards.
  • Promote hotel facilities and maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond effectively to operational emergencies and maintain accurate Front Office records and reports.

Job Requirement

  • University degree with a major in Hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS (Property Management System)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
