Job Description

Responsible for improving the livestream key indicators, GMV, GPM, CTR, CR, etc. to achieve weekly/monthly goals;
Responsible for the daily management of the livestream team, including scheduling, performance management, work arrangement and training;
Designing the content strategy of livestream, including visual presentation, scripts, product presentation and user interaction.
Responsible for livestream data analysis, to continuously optimize strategies and efficiency;
Managing livestream devices, samples and props;
Collaborating with cross-departments;
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

Degree in E-commerce/Economics/Marketing or related major;
Fluency in English or Chinese;
At least 2 years of E-commerce experience with some team management exp;
Familiar with key metrics and its factors;
Capable of conducting data analysis and formulating optimization strategies;
Strong execution ability, able to efficiently drive livestream execution;
Growth mindset, high responsibility in work.
