Responsible for managing all e-commerce platforms, including order fulfillment, customer service, and product uploads. Manage and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touchpoints.
Online order fulfillment
- Process orders and schedule deliveries for various e-commerce channels (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up on product returns received from e-commerce channels.
- Handle customer inquiries via online chat, email, and product Q&A platforms, including providing service recovery when necessary.
- Resolve order-related issues (e.g., missing or damaged parcels) within the required lead times.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and prepare all necessary documents for processing and delivery.
Set up and manage websites and E-commerce
- Manage and assist with updating/uploading product content, images, inventory, promotions, and pricing on e-commerce channels, ensuring that all information is up to date and inventory is well-stocked.
- Manage and edit product descriptions and images for online platforms.
- Assist with updates to the company’s e-commerce website.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on these insights.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
