E&M Manager

• Develop and control the factory maintenance and repair budget to optimize equipment performance and operating costs.
• Lead and manage the Engineering team, overseeing design, engineering projects, maintenance, electrical, electronic, and process improvement activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance programs for production equipment, utilities, facilities, and engineering systems to maximize equipment reliability, production capacity, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of production assets, including acquisition, installation, maintenance, modification, upgrades, and replacement.
• Coordinate technical knowledge transfer and technology implementation with internal teams, global engineering teams, and external suppliers.
• Lead engineering projects, including the qualification and commissioning of new equipment and support new product introduction.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing SOPs, best practices, technical standards, and delivering engineering training programs.
• Lead and develop the Engineering team through performance management, coaching, training, and talent development in line with company policies.

•                 At least 5 years of experience at same position in manufacturing.

•                 English is advantage.

•                 Computer skills: MS. Office, AutoCAD.

•                 Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing and maintenance.

•                 Experience with HSE.
