Ecom Category Manager

- Develop and implement the business operation process of e-commerce channels (Lazada, Shopee, tiktok shop, Tiki... etc.)

- Coordinate and control the entire operation of the e-commerce site

- Coordinate with the communication-marketing department to promote products on the e-commerce floor

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion, and marketing. Synthesize, analyze, and report business results by each program and quarter

- Organize, assign, guide and supervise employees for planning, implementing and evaluating the results of activities to ensure that the e-commerce site is put into operation well and on schedule

- Responsible for researching the market and changing trends, customer needs to build specific business strategies for each period.

- Negotiate with suppliers to include new products in your online store

- Work with suppliers and handle POs for online sold-out products

- Create bundled promotions, Coupons, flash sales, and discounts in the background

- Minimum 5 years of experience with e-commerce platforms and preferably working with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Tiki)

- Experience managing an e-commerce team

- Experience working as PPTX digital marketing and recommending out-of-stock campaigns on online platforms for suppliers

- Degree in communication, marketing, digital media, video production, or a similar field

- Understanding of video production or content production processes

- Good research, analysis, organization, and time management skills

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to quickly catch up with market prices and trends

- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
