Job Description

I. Job Purpose:

  • Create, manage, maintain close relationship between Circle K Vietnam and its customers to enhance their loyalty to the brand through smooth execution of loyalty programmes to CK Club members
  • Grow Circle K E-commerce business to bring Circle K closer to customers with higher level of convenience and enable Circle K to penetrate better into Vietnam market with O2O concept

II. Job Accountabilities:

1. Strategy:

  • Support Brand Experience Manager to develop Circle K CRM & E-commerce Planning with budget annually

2. CRM (CK Club):

  • Grow CK Club performance through the increase of the key criteria (number of CK Club members, active members & visit frequency…) to reach the given KPIs
  • Leads and collaborates closely with internal departments and external partners to successfully execute corporate promotion, overseeing all stages from planning and implementation to monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation.
  • Drive customer engagement and CK Club usage by developing compelling programs and optimizing the user experience.
  • Closely work with BI team and related teams to deeply analyse, understand members’ behaviour to develop effective customised programmes/ offers/ initiatives (with campaign-end reports) to drive for the highest level of loyalty, member frequency and sales
  • Cooperate with partners to develop and carry out the co-campaigns for mutual benefits
  • Closely work with Marketing team to promote CK Club and campaigns online and offline

3. E-Com (CK GO & Circle K on Partners’ E-commerce Platforms):

  • Create and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms to increase sales, optimize profitability, and broaden online distribution channels.
  • Analyse and understand online delivery customers’ behaviour to develop and carry out effective products, offers, schemes (with campaign-end reports) to drive for more transactions and sales and reach given KPIs
  • Work closely with related teams and partners to promote and execute co-campaigns with platform partners and suppliers
  • Maintain good relationships with current partners by regular meetings and close communication/

4. Others:

  • Proactively look out in the market/ competitors/ trends to develop initiatives for CRM and E-commerce of Circle K then provide monthly market and competitive reports
  • Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or relevant field
  • Over 3 years of working experience in CRM/ Ecommerce. Experience in Retail would be a plus/ Trên 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực CRM
  • Sound experience in customer acquisition, re-engagement, retention strategies and E-commerce
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal in both Vietnamese and English and presentation
  • Tech-savvy with sound business sense
  • Good planning, analytical skills, problem solving, set priorities, attention to details
  • Independent with good leadership, customer-oriented attitude, positive thinking, can-do attitude, team spirit, high level of integrity & proactively develop strong relationships both internal and external
