The Job
We are seeking an E-commerce Account Executive who can communicate in Chinese and support our online business operations. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings on major e-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Amazon, etc.)

• Optimize listings for visibility, search ranking, and conversion (SEO, keywords, images, A+ content)

• Support advertising campaigns and promotional events to boost sales performance

• Monitor store performance and provide insights to improve conversion and profitability

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK3–HSK5 or equivalent)

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online store operations

• Familiar with platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon, or similar

• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in problem-solving

• Able to work independently and remotely
