Job Description

The E-commerce Executive owns marketplace performance by driving commercial execution, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence to support sales growth and investment efficiency.

  1. Campaign and Promotion Planning (30%)
  • Propose monthly campaign plans and align with the Merchandising team on timeline, mechanics, and promotional product list.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace KAMs to maximize platform support and secure special offers by leveraging approved promotions.
  • Forecast sales targets and align stock preparation prior to campaign launches.
  • Work closely with the Creative Designer to prepare campaign design assets.
  1. Performance Monitoring (30%)
  • Monitor daily key metrics including sales, traffic, orders, and conversion rate.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize during live periods.
  • Prepare monthly and key campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics such as net sales, gross profit, and cost-to-income ratio to ensure achievement of financial KPIs.
  1. Platform Management (30%)
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and assortment availability
  • Set up promotion mechanics (pricing, vouchers, gifts, etc.) and campaign portal submissions.
  • Monitor store health metrics and customer service KPIs.
  • Explore and implement new platform features to support business growth.
  1. Supporting Tasks (10%)
  • Support sales and fee reconciliation with the Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Work with Customer Service team to resolve customer complaints related to promotions or purchase issues.

Assist the Marketplace team with administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirement

  • 2+ years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace roles, preferably within Retail, Fashion, Footwear, or FMCG.
  • Experience as a Key Account on major marketplace platforms in Vietnam or within an E-commerce Enabler.
  • Experience in campaign execution, promotion mechanics, sales monitoring, and basic forecasting.
  • Good communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
